      There's never a shortage of jobs or openings.

      Cons

      Every year the little things that made this company amazing is peeled away. Focus has shifted from happy people make happy customers to oh, you like to be paid with money?? Sorry. You get alot of why can't you find associates but we aren't going to adjust how much we offer.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
