      Pros

      The patient base was unique, and for me, that diversity was truly irreplaceable. Heavy ocular health cases with the opportunity to see and treat many diseases. Loved working with patients from every walk of life. Executive leadership was great.

      Cons

      I would imagine that the setting for some would not be a personal fit. My location was known for being less than the safest environment. Personally I never really noticed. This was very specific to a single location and not a reflection of the business as a whole. Middle-level management was very inconsistent.

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
