      Work schedule/ hours flexible, PTO for tenor employees, they do offer benefits

      Cons

      Upper Management(DM) worthless, you are just a number to them not a hard working knowledgeable employee. Pay rates are horrible across the board for all employees

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
