      Pros

      Low level techs are nice to work with and well trained if they have been with the company a while. Most managers and supervisors are wonderful to work with

      Cons

      Training for newcomers is lackluster and maintenance workers for machines can be very slow to get to you for an order. Higher management is very unaware and slow to move on most things like, getting new supplies or working radios for Techs. Forced-overtime in the early months of the year can be grueling.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
