Pros
If you can use a position there to make the next step up in your career it might still be worth it. Just don't stay too long as it is a rather unstructured and immature company where you won't learn much. It can also be useful as a first job probably because the name still shines from its past.
Cons
Management takes no accountability. The company survives on a legacy they can barely maintain. Tech debt is high, work culture is very toxic. Blame game is so high no one wants to leave any written trace of any decision.
