Good Clean Environment, with mostly good Co-Workers, Free Snacks. Flexible schedule. Little to no Overtime.
Cons
Some petty co-workers and a lot of preferential treatment if your manager likes someone more than you. Hard to get promoted unless they feel its necessary.
