Pros
The hiring process is long, for a reason! The Company Culture is treasured. As a newer employee, I am so impressed with every employee. All contribute to the success of company and integrity is a shared value. The training program will set you up for success!
Cons
Some would consider long hours as a "con" however, I don't consider it a "con" due to the income you are able to make. You will work weekends, however, you have 2 scheduled days off a week.
