Retail is both a demanding and rewarding environment. The interaction with customers is very fulfilling while achieving business objectives. The Retail Operations team and Boutique Managers conduct regular fun challenges to help boutique teams reach their goals.
With the introduction of tools such as Delight, employees can submit innovative ideas to improve customer experience and increase internal efficiencies. To date, we have received more than 600 ideas and implemented many of them. This would not have been possible without the input from our customer-facing employees.
