10yHello – Thank you for your review and your comments. We’re continuously working on initiatives to enhance our company’s culture, values, ideation, communication, and employee value proposition.
We benchmark all compensation with Nestlé USA as well as a broad base of CPG and retail companies who are our competition. This benchmarking is done at the position level. I can assure you our salaries are quite competitive. If you have concerns about your package, please speak to your manager or ManCom member about it.
On education, we have an extensive catalog of offerings in our iLearn system which include blended training courses from Nespresso USA, Nespresso HQ, Nestlé courses and external resources using our 70-20-10 development model. Additionally, our individual development system (PDGs) are geared to putting each employee in the “driver’s seat” of their own development. Please speak to our Learning & Development Manager, and she can help better explain the options to you.
