It is nice to know that you appreciated various perks and benefits we provide our people with, however, we are deeply sorry to read the cons you highlighted. At Nespresso, we put a lot of effort into our leadership teams to effectively guide employees and provide everyone with support and information. We understand the significance of proper training and make sure that everyone is efficiently prepared to perform their tasks. It is also important to us to foster an environment where each person is treated with care and respect. Regarding your comment about remuneration, we regularly review our compensation structure to ensure that it remains fair and competitive within the market.
Nespresso is proud to be one of the largest B Corp certified companies, following a rigorous B Impact Assessment. We have publicly shared our B Impact Reports and our score of 84 and are dedicated to continuous improvement as we prepare for recertification this year.

Where there are claims that our standards have not been met, we work with our suppliers to investigate immediately and take action as necessary.
