1. Free parking at Rhodes 2. Great externally run training 3. Wfh with little pressure to come in if that’s your thing
Cons
1. Bullying culture fully encouraged by MLT leaders 2. No exit interviews or feedback on very senior managers to pick up unacceptable behaviour meaning these leaders continue to destroy this business 3. Boring marketing opportunities as budgeting is so poorly managed and agency relationships are fractured. 4. Little collaborative working as office attendance is so poor and the marketing culture is so bad from the top down.
