Imagine that you are able to run your own business within another. You receive a market and can go about cultivating it on your terms. They have a defined sales process (rare in this industry other than the classic show up and throw up.), they know where they win and what types of clients they are not a good fit for. Yes, they are growing company and they continue to develop their internal support but that's one of the biggest benefits. I get the ability to help cultivate that structure! Cons
Just like any other sales job, it's a contact sport. The negatives are the same as any other company, long hours, getting told no, smaller brand name (which really is a good thing so there is no stigma), admin work (CRM).
