Pros

Imagine that you are able to run your own business within another. You receive a market and can go about cultivating it on your terms. They have a defined sales process (rare in this industry other than the classic show up and throw up.), they know where they win and what types of clients they are not a good fit for. Yes, they are growing company and they continue to develop their internal support but that's one of the biggest benefits. I get the ability to help cultivate that structure! No where else does a sales rep get a voice in the internal structure of an organization! Unlimited Commission - No Caps!!! Ability to be more hands on with the Implementation Clearly defined Quotas Tons of Sales Enablement tools Marketing Teams that actually works with SALES!

Cons

Just like any other sales job, it's a contact sport. The negatives are the same as any other company, long hours, getting told no, smaller brand name (which really is a good thing so there is no stigma), admin work (CRM).

Pros

The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

Cons

Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

Pros

Netchex is a place where people genuinely care about the work and about each other. Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.

Cons

There has been a lot of change as the company continues to scale and mature. That can create some ambiguity at times, and teams have had to stay flexible as priorities evolve. The upside is that the direction is becoming clearer and processes continue improving.
