Pros

Work from home option in some departments. Opportunity to progress into different roles and departments.

Cons

Leadership at the executive level is toxic. Bad decisions trickle down to employees, and set them up for failure. Compensation is low for the current market in technical roles Work life balance is stated, but they will expect long hours when projects are up on a deadline, despite changes and bad decisions up the ladder.

Pros

The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

Cons

Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

Pros

Netchex has been a great place to grow. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy environment where ideas actually get heard. I’ve felt genuinely respected by leadership and peers, and I have the freedom to push myself and my team to do our best work. If you thrive on momentum and want real ownership over what you build, you’ll do well here.

Cons

One thing to know going in: even at our size, we still have a startup feel. There’s a lot of opportunity to shape how things work, but the formal processes and structure you’d find at a more established enterprise are not standard. It’s a great fit for self-starters, but worth considering if you prefer a highly defined environment.
