Pros

I am working with Netlink since 5 Plus years and I am having an aw-sum experience working here with a great work life balance, as I am always provided with pool of opportunities to work on various technologies meeting the market demands, My senior management always supported me in hard times to be on the place where I am standing currently working as a Associate Software Engineer with the specialization in QC and a black box tester there are many opportunities, as Netlink is growing more in Test Automation and also training the employees for the same on various platforms. 1.Certification on Low code technology provided by the company free of cost to the employees. 2.Right now learning Robot Framework for Automation testing. 3.Trust and Confidence by my upper management to work in a team. 4.Ample amount of opportunities in order to succeed in QC Automation, Functional QC and Database testing.

Cons

1. Netlink should adopt more new technologies which are accepted in the Digital world today to go hand in hand with pioneer companies, with low code or no code so that it saves time and can be learned easily.

Pros

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

Cons

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
