Pros

Only pro is the staff/people below the management level that works there, some of them have been working there for years 10 plus, they sure need training as technology has evolved, but they are helpful and nice.

Cons

There is so much I can write about this company all day. Worst, worst management ever!! There is politics and backstabbing within the key people of the company, kind of shameful when you are sitting in the meetings with the three key people. They fire employees just like that and have no regards to what they have done for the company at all. There is no appraisal system, so you will have no idea about your performance until you are fired. Management will never trust you if you are a new employee, no matter what you do and if you want to do anything good for the company forget it...they will never let it happen. They are rigid, hierarchal, suspicious of their employees with only one way communication chain that comes from the CEO and have no culture or respect for their employees. I am glad to have parted ways with…I have worked for 10 years in some big companies and never felt like this. Advise to all – stay away if possible.

Pros

They usually give out about $100 at Christmas time

Cons

Poor leadership, from the CEO on through all his Vice Presidents. I'll give you an example: The CEO shared his email password with low-wage, offshore employees. This allowed his email to get hacked. From there the hackers were able to get all USA employees W-2s and file false 2017 tax returns. All because the CEO of a technology company didn't understand rule #1 of technology: NEVER SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE. This is just a single example of how poorly run this company is. The CEO and his weak VPs are the antithesis of leadership.

Pros

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

Cons

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
