Pros

No pros at all. Men have no professional boundaries, they try to nab new beautiful women hires often.

Cons

No real growth happens here unless you're willing to navigate internal politics. If you're highly capable or outperform leadership, you may end up being overloaded with work instead of being recognized. Leadership is largely limited to the Shrivastava family and a few individuals associated with them since the company's inception. For everyone else, career progression feels extremely limited. Employees are sometimes let go without clear justification, and freshers are often kept on internships for over a year with minimal increments (around ₹2,500). The company lacks a clear long-term vision, defined target audience, or strategic direction. Many teams appear focused on looking busy rather than delivering meaningful outcomes. HR support is weak, leaving employees to deal with issues on their own. Work expectations are unrealistic, with individuals often expected to handle the responsibilities of multiple roles. Decision-making revolves around one individual, Kranti, and disagreeing with him can have serious consequences regardless of your contributions. Incompetence is often protected, while capable employees are sidelined. POSH complaints reportedly get buried in bureaucracy, workplace politics influence important decisions, and there is little accountability for poor leadership or wasteful resource allocation. Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) are sometimes issued without transparent reasons, and employees have reported being pushed out through toxic work culture. Managers who struggle with execution may feel threatened by new ideas instead of encouraging them. There also appears to be unequal treatment in terms of recognition and growth. Employees who work long hours and deliver results often see little career progression, while those skilled at office politics gain influence more easily. After 27 years, the organization still operates more like a traditional family-run business than a professionally managed company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend joining this organization.

Pros

I had a positive experience working at Netlink Software. The company provides excellent opportunities to learn new technologies and enhance technical skills. The work environment is collaborative, and colleagues are supportive and approachable. Management encourages continuous learning, and employees get exposure to diverse projects and clients. The company also promotes a healthy work-life balance and values employee growth.

Cons

Like any growing organization, some processes can be improved to increase efficiency and communication across teams. Career progression paths could be made more transparent in certain departments.
