Great management, very supportive. Lots of opportunity for growth as a company and personally.

Cons

Sometimes the work/life balance can get a bit off at crunch time but management is pretty aware and sets expectations accordingly. Summer Fridays off? Yes please!

CEO is extremely abusive and unhinged. Company has no sexual harassment or anti-bullying/harassment which needs to be a mandatory course for all.
