Pros

It’s wonderful to help treat a population that needs more options than what is being offered to them Worked with some great clients, others leave less to be desired Colleagues were friendly and helpful

Cons

High turnover in Management and Sales roles This company is performing so badly to a point where there are a lot of employees leaving rapidly. People are seeing the signs, and others are following Leadership is full of smoke and mirrors, but as a publicly traded company.. the numbers do not lie Severe cutbacks have been initiated before and after my departure

Pros

Technology and Practices, Direct Supervisors, Co-Workers; Opportunities for High Financial Payouts if you exceed your Quotas

Cons

Mismanagement of company, allowed competition to get into accounts with no effective strategy, not pivoting soon enough to keep their accounts; ongoing patterns of re-structuring/ reduction of workforce, including top performers and demoting some management roles so they can pay the board their bonuses and spread out duties and accounts to lower paid employees. Reps who meet/exceed numbers are met with ridiculously high quotas the next year and most quit because quotas are unachievable. Quotas change throughout quarter and not provided timely, with changes in quotas occurring in the last few weeks of the quarter.
