Cons
Some of the lowest pay for the longest hours you could ever comprehend. They started me out of college at $24k/year for full time, and they did not pay overtime even when we all worked 70-80 hours/week. The head of HR, when asked about comp said "well Filene's doesn't care what Macy's is paying" and I wanted to point out that Filene's went out of business. You get calls from the owner and management at all hours of the day and night. Emails at midnight that you're expected to reply to. Don't try to go to the dentist or you'll get five calls while you're there and then you'll hear from their assistant that RKK wasn't pleased you weren't reachable. Sorry I tried carving out half an hour for a teeth cleaning! Absolutely terrible, and working for the team itself doesn't make up for the horrible working conditions imposed by the owners.
