      Exposure to interesting deals and deal structures.

      Cons

      Bosses in the NYC debt and structured finance group physically threatened the associate on the team ("I am going to put your head through a wall") and threw a book in his face. They harassed our analyst until he cried and he eventually quit. I bailed asap. Caveat Emptor.
