Pros were, I was able to retain a job and get paid.
Cons
Cons: Everything. The Vice Chairman’s and Brokers for the Multifamily division are some of the most disingenuous people you will ever work with. They fought to get staff back into the Boca Raton office during the height of COVID-19. Deadlines are unrealistic and they will undermine your abilities on a daily basis. Over worked and under appreciated, while they receive all the financial benefits off of your hard work. They’ve denied vacations on a regular basis and have told people on vacation they have to cut it short and come back to work... I can go on but I hope you get it.
