Poor quality of work life - Anonymous employee Newmark Employee Review

Company has poor communication, little focus and trouble communicating overall mission. this is not an employee friendly company with an abundance of money spent on high salaried "strategic planners" who don't seem to bring anything concrete to the table. actual profit centers are short staffed and overworked. Appreciation and thank you's are non existant. There is little value placed on employee's and as long as there is a bottom in a chair its all good. Disappointing experience and after six years its time to give up.
