      Great coworkers and very professional environment. The company is very structured.

      Cons

      Does not match 401k. Managers provide little guidance and very condescending. I was let go 2 weeks before Christmas. I did not feel that this company cared for me as a person.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
