      Nice managers Work life balance (you have a lot of free times)

      Cons

      Salary (They were paying me %40 less than what I had to normally get!!) There is no room to grow and the main reason is the lack of opportunities to learn. There is no good communication between coworkers, they are friendly but no one wants to talk unless they have to.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
