      Great pay and benefits, great people and team atmosphere. A collegial work environment with strong mentorship for new team members.

      Cons

      Not many if you are a hard worker dedicated to client satisfaction. Workload is heavy, but for most appraisers that is a good thing.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
