Pros
Some of the staff are great and really great at what they do.
Cons
Brokers run the show. Office managers and corporate execs are easily manipulated and powerless. Very little growth potential unless you already work for one of the top US sales brokers who pull the strings. Managers have little to no authority. Terrible internal communications. Little transparency. Below standard benefits. No 401k contribution from company. They will try to give you tiny bonuses and then put 50% or more of it into very low value stocks.
