      Learn a lot on the fly because no one teaches you anything

      Cons

      extremely high turnover rate for a reason, senior management treat subordinates horribly, archaic beliefs and attitudes reminiscent of 90's banking. Compensation not competitive, does not make the work and treatment worth it.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
