Pros
Company is successful, so there is not a big fear of lay offs. Standard benefits are offered.
Cons
Company is not generous to administrative staff. Wages were at a standstill for sometime while I was there. Employees who were promised increases had been waiting more than a year with no result even though the company was doing very well and acquiring other companies to expand its portfolio.
