Pros
Very few. Maybe a paycheck if you manage to survive the chaos.
Cons
*Management often dismissive of employees concerns. *Work-life balance is non-existent, expectations unreasonable. *Treats you like a robot, and when you voice concerns they act like there is nothing they can do about it. *Unreasonable deadlines but when you ask for help, management acts like you're not doing job correctly. *Management goes off of a spreadsheet that shows workload percentage. They try to get you to 100% but at that point you are already burnt out. *Starting to outsource positions to cut costs but the quality of work is going downhill. *Very few career growth opportunities. *Management is lazy and will delegate their individual workload to other employees. *Low pay compared to competitors and the work they expect of you. *Annual raises are a joke, 2%
