      - Great Culture - Great Benefits - Great sense of teamwork - Great autonomy and trust given from leadership

      Cons

      Career progression outside of sales can seem limited. Also going through alot of change right now so it can feel challenging to adapt quick enough

      Salary and that’s about it

      Cons

      Stay as far away as possible. Multiple layoffs every.single.year. 40% laid off within the last 6 months. No CRO and most of leadership is openly looking for new gigs on LinkedIn. Revenue has not increased in years and their answer is to just keep cutting folks. Current CEO and previous CEO are two peas in a pod, no actual initiatives, just cut cut cut.
