      - Great perks. Food and snacks to your liking and weekly wellness activities. - Fun culture, work hard but don't take yourself too serious - Make an impact to a growing business, which provides good career possibilities.

      Salary and that’s about it

      Cons

      Stay as far away as possible. Multiple layoffs every.single.year. 40% laid off within the last 6 months. No CRO and most of leadership is openly looking for new gigs on LinkedIn. Revenue has not increased in years and their answer is to just keep cutting folks. Current CEO and previous CEO are two peas in a pod, no actual initiatives, just cut cut cut.
