Cons
Worse working environment in .NET (Taking calls, going for washroom , talking to friends and using internet they interfere every where) Extreme level of micromanagement . For clients you are a dedicated 8 hours developer but they will force you to spend 3-4 hours on fixed bid projects daily and justify clients with fake daily reports. They don't want you to stay for more than 2 years Managers will always discourage to learn new technologies , applying for yearly leaves , They fear senior developers will replace them so always try to kick out them. Any complain against managers to HR will be ignored.
