      1 - Non technical Manager specially of Data Science department, 2 - Most of projects in Data Department are not related to data science, so be ready for working as annotator or as a mechatronics engineer, no NLP, Computer vision, LLMs, dashboarding etc. 3 - Hell of politics 4 - Abusive upper management including OM, RM. 5 - No field relevant projects that means no growth,

      Location: Local Being left with little to no direction encouraged significant personal as professional growth.

      No structure, dishonest CEO, lack of policy, lack of integrity and honesty. NO BENEFITS. NO yearly reviews. NO bonuses One week vacation regardless of how many years you are with ththe company.
