Pros
Nexxlinx is a fair and equal opportunity employer. You can obtain knowledge and skills to build your resume, all while earning a decent salary, incentives, and benefits such as paid vacation, personal, sick and holidays. I have worked for Nexxlinx for almost 7 years. The whole time I have been employed here I have provided for my 2 children. Maintained my home, and even purchased me a new vehicle. So I don't have too many bad things to say about Nexxlinx. I also greatly appreciate the free lunches twice a month. They also do a great job of having different activities to promote moral. This is not the type of job where you will reap the benefits and not work hard, but we do have a Great management and HR team, who will do their absolute best to work with you in all areas.
Cons
Its not the job for the non motivated or undetermined. I really don't know if it is a con, however you are not going to clock in late every day and expect to keep your job. You are also not going to dress in an unprofessional way, or swear or think it is a play time environment and think you will continue to have employment.
