      Great working environment. Great for building a solid foundation for your career. Coworkers are some of the friendliest people and are happy to help you work through things as a team.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher- it's competitive but on the lowest end. Tribal knowledge can be an issue unless you make the effort against it.
