      Nothing anymore. Used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Fat HR will stab you in the back. Plant Manager and HR must not know how to read....they can't even follow their own procedures....a complete joke management is.

      Sometimes it can be hard to find the right person to help with an issue. There are a lot of departments and the communication between departments could be better.
