      Pros

      Great management and support. Great pay. Remote options were fun but in office helped develop work relationships.

      Cons

      Some senior level managers would hone in on small mistakes and overdramatize them to their peers instead of working with the employee to resolve them. At times, expectations of work tasks were unclear.

      Pros

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Cons

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
