Pros
The benefits Noblis provides are simply outstanding. In particular, the company match to salary deferral is well above average for this, the Washington DC region. The staff ranges from generally competent to simply outstanding. Management has issues to resolve with staff progression and is genuinely trying to improve some clearly defined issues but the jury is still out.
Cons
Noblis has just been through a significant restructuring of its senior management. Many competent individuals saw this change as either an opportunity to leave or were simply enticed to leave. This brain drain has left the company with gaps in both the science and technology side and in particular the management side. Benefits are starting to erode, currently under the guise of "helping the less fortunate."
