Pros
This used to be a great place to work especially with the large number of SMEs. If you are under 35 this is still a very good place to work. Try to pick the brains of the remaining SMEs. If you are under 35 I would give 4 stars for career opportunities otherwise stay away. Noblis used to do the high end work but with more staff just out of school and SMEs leaving this will not happen much any more.
Cons
Company is finding numerous ways of RIFFING "older staff." If you are over 50 and looking for work stay away from Noblis. Upper management is cliquish and secretive. The closer you get to Amr the more you need to be a Yes Man/Woman
