Company supported activities such as technology brown bags, mentoring program, yoga, health boot camp, optional car services (car cleaning, tire checks) during working hours hosted by the company (paid for by the employee), PMP training.
Cons
Standards and processes are overlooked in order to impress executive management. Some of the key personnel have an elite behavior which gets in the way of constructive criticism and productivity.
