      Pros

      Good bunch of people to work with in the customer support centre in Darlington. Managers are more like friends than a scary boss and are very approachable if you should need anything. I made A LOT of good friends in my 5 years with them.

      Cons

      Kept in the dark a bit when it comes to knowing what is going on with changes in the company, but this was improving and no bonus schemes in place. Overtime is only standard time and not time and a half. Storage of staff. Not much scope for promotion. No sick pay.

      Pays the bills, Good BDM team.

      Cons

      Where to start….. Useless management. New business Team (order takers) get all the praise whilst the Account Managers do all the work. Commission structure is always tailored to New business. Paid in arrears and is always wrong, lucky if you do manage to sort it. Senior management are a waste of time, take it or leave it. Lost load of good people because of this attitude. No career progression, ones that do get promoted into seniors end up redundant. This seems to be a trend same thing every few years.
