      Lots of investment - Growing company - Customer focused - Hard work at times but very rewarding - Great bunch of people - Promotes internal promotion - Good benefits package

      None - I love coming to work, I work with a good bunch of people and my Manager is one the best I’ve worked with.

      Pays the bills, Good BDM team.

      Cons

      Where to start….. Useless management. New business Team (order takers) get all the praise whilst the Account Managers do all the work. Commission structure is always tailored to New business. Paid in arrears and is always wrong, lucky if you do manage to sort it. Senior management are a waste of time, take it or leave it. Lost load of good people because of this attitude. No career progression, ones that do get promoted into seniors end up redundant. This seems to be a trend same thing every few years.
