      What a lovely review. It’s great to hear you have a good team around you - this is something I hear time and time again from colleagues around the business. Focussing on the really important things is certainly good advice and something we should keep reminding ourselves and each other to keep doing – especially as we head into this busy time of the year.       Pays the bills, Good BDM team.

      Cons

      Where to start….. Useless management. New business Team (order takers) get all the praise whilst the Account Managers do all the work. Commission structure is always tailored to New business. Paid in arrears and is always wrong, lucky if you do manage to sort it. Senior management are a waste of time, take it or leave it. Lost load of good people because of this attitude. No career progression, ones that do get promoted into seniors end up redundant. This seems to be a trend same thing every few years.
