Pros
The broader team and colleagues were collaborative, supportive, and overall great to work with, creating a positive atmosphere within individual teams.
Cons
The senior leadership lacked a clear strategy, which created challenges in aligning goals and achieving progress. At the time, many systems and processes were heavily manual, which hindered efficiency. Some senior managers demonstrated inappropriate workplace behavior, including making misogynistic comments, which was unacceptable and unaddressed. Additionally, there were no thorough or standardized processes for critical functions such as vehicle-related purchasing, leading to inefficiencies. Attempts to implement necessary changes were consistently met with resistance, particularly from long-standing employees who were highly reluctant to embrace new approaches. Was a very inflexible culture.
