Benefits for part time Free parking at campus for patients & visitors

Cons

Very poor communication from upper management Earned paid time off is now not being paid out to staff that leave NSH unless you transfer or retire Expectations for computer entries are main concern, taking time away from patient care Computer system is always shutting down when trying to chart Uniform colors were changed for RN's from royal blue to navy blue with no uniform reimbursement offered

A great hospital system to be employed with; I have enjoyed my tenure here. The company embraces transparency and provides good options for their employees to advance within a career assisting with education options and skill trainings.
