Regarding our data, we disagree with your characterization, and we think The New England Journal of Medicine, who recently peer-reviewed our final analysis and backed our data results also thinks differently: https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2107659
We take science extremely seriously here at Novavax and would NEVER consider staging or not being transparent about our results, data, or information. We have published policies that state the same.
Things move fast in our world, and we take great care to keep our team informed. That’s why sometimes, in our highly regulated world, we share pre-recorded videos from our leadership with the team. Other ways we communicate are in real-time, such as our recent all-staff live Q&A with our CEO and other leaders. During our last Global Forum, one question/comment that surfaced became a new HR policy.
We provide access to our executive team through an open-door policy and all-staff events where employees have the opportunity to meet and talk to the entire team.
