Pros
I make good money for the area the people are good to work with for the most part
Cons
Have no concern for the employees and their safety, they throw people on machines with no experience and then management chews on the supervisor because we didn't make production....wonder why?the morale is at its all time low,90% of the expierence have left and several looking and getting ready to leave...they don't ask why until it's their last day...you go to management for solutions you get ignored and your job threatened....human resource acts like anything and everything is so hard to do for the employees...,just ask about your overtime hours or your points and you get blown off and attitude that's coming from their human resource!were lucky to go a month without an injury...wonder why?when I first started it was awesome to work there, everyone was laid back and we were trained properly,we had better production we had better quality and.hardly any injuries!quality that's another issue all in its own!when it hits the 80-90 range your looking at temps of 115 and up inside and that's no joke, wonder why we have people going to the hospital for heat?they wait until middle of June to start hiring people when it's hot start when it's cooler so they can get accumulated to the attitudes and then to the heat!there is no employee appreciation no contact with the community....
