Pros
Idk? Not great pay. Not great conditions. Not great benefits. I guess it’s a good place to work if you’re an addict or a felon cause they’re a “second chance” place. At least that’s what I was told in my interview. They do drug test but apparently they don’t pay much attention to them due to the second chance thing. Convenient if you’re near mulhauser
Cons
Ridiculous hours. One week you work 12 hrs a day for three days the next week you work 12 hrs a day for 4 days. You get no sleep because your schedule is ever changing. Rotating weekends. You will work almost all holidays (those are also rotating). They expect you to be able to 100% run every machine by yourself in a warehouse that’s about a million degrees. Some of the machines are too fast to actually keep up with but they don’t care. They’ll fire you for not keeping up with the machines instead of slowing the machines down or putting you on machines you can keep up with. The pay isn’t great. I made more per hour at a daycare than I did there which is ridiculous considering how hard you have to work. NO ONE speaks English so good luck asking a coworker for help with something. You not only have to run your own machine but you also have to fix it when it goes down and fold your own boxes. Management sucks. Most they do for the heat is get you popsicles. Screw the fact that it gets over 100 in there due to all the machines. They refuse to shut down the machines EVER which is why everything including holidays is rotating.
