      Pros

      Good health insurance BCBS, 401k match, dental and vision. Overtime potential, hourly wage great for area average. Friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      Mandatory/forced overtime. They don't tell you this during the hiring/orientation process, and will catch you off guard! No notice whatsoever of last minute OT forcing. If you can handle being pushed around all the time by supervisors and management, then this is the career for you. Also, expect 6 day work weeks with short notice.

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
