      - Growing Organisation - Proactive HR Roadmap - Great teamwork - the perceived power distance in hierarchical layers is low and stakeholders are high in collaboration

      - There are significant opportunities to integrate systems, dual entry is prevalent which could be solved with API's. Number of systems and subtasks can be substantial if you work in a smaller subentity. - Perceived career opportunities appear limited for those working within the European region as all corporate positions are filled in the United States

      Decent pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
